The Town of <br /> Windsor shall authorize reductions in specific amounts as needed when <br /> improvements are completed in accordance with the approved plan. Said <br /> letter of credit shall have a term of at least 1 year and shall not be <br /> amended otherwise or terminated without approval of the Town Board. <br /> e. The owner shall authorize the Town to enter the subject property to <br /> complete the required improvements guaranteed by the letter of credit <br /> and further, owner shall release the Town and indemnify it from any <br /> claims arising thereby. <br /> f. The owner shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town, its officers <br /> agents and employees, past, present and future from any claims arising <br /> from these conditions and restrictions. <br /> NOTICE <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the restrictions on said <br /> land: Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
