ADDENDUM TO CUP 643 <br /> • <br /> Pursuant to CUP 1016, granted by the Zoning and Natural Resources Committee on <br /> August 25, 1992, the conditions of Conditional Use Permit ##643 was amended as <br /> follows: <br /> CUP 643: Amend the "Fencing" requirement found on Exhibit "B" page 1 to <br /> read "The entire quarry, except the Westerly 900' . more or less, of the <br /> South property line, will be enclosed by a woven wire fence located one <br /> foot inside the property line with a locked gate at the North <br /> entrance. The fence along Reiner Road and the North line of the CUP <br /> shall be installed in the spring of 1990, the friffft balance of the <br /> quarry will be fenced by the fall of 1990." <br /> (' ) <br />
