• 2 <br /> •' 9) Our parcel has a non-conforming A-1EX zoning. To bring it into compliance <br /> we ask for the A-2(8) zoning which allows for a C.U.P. for a boarding <br /> kennel as defined by the Dane County Code of Odinances. As A-2(8), we can <br /> continue to benefit from the agricultural uses of the land. <br /> 10) This rezoning request is presented because it is the only legal way <br /> we can start up a boarding kennel on our property. The board must consider <br /> all the elavant facts presented in order to make an informed decision. <br /> 11) We would like, at this time, to be able to afford starting our business and <br /> to purchase their property, but our financial situation does not allow for it. <br /> 12) The county ordinances have established the needs and requirements for <br /> various animals.
