P # 1162 <br /> We are writing this letter in support of John Schlitz' request for rezoning at <br /> his residence, to own and operate a dog kennel facility. We presently live at <br /> 5891 Rattman Road directly across from a dog kennel . Very infrequently do we <br /> even hear any barking coming from this facility. Usually at feeding time there <br /> is some noise, as the dogs are excited to be fed. This never lasts more than a <br /> few minutes. The dogs in our neighborhood create more noise that the kenneled <br /> dogs acrossed the road.
