Koch located on County Trunk Highway K in the Town of <br /> Springfield. The school district is currently negotiating an Option to Purchase <br /> Agreement with Mr. Koch and have received authorization from his legal counsel to <br /> file for Conditional Use Permit Application on his behalf. I have attached a report <br /> that provides the required information for this process. A draft sketch of the site <br /> plan is included with this application. A more detailed preliminary site plan will be <br /> developed by an architect and should be available later this summer. We have <br /> applied for another conditional use permit earlier this month for potential school <br /> site on Airport Road in the Town of Middleton. We would like to request, if <br /> possible, that the hearing for both CUP applications occur at the same <br /> meeting/hearing in August.
