The contractor may elect to perform the work in accordance with i <br /> either Method A, Method B, or Method C,or a combination thereof, unless a specific,; <br /> y method is specified in the contract, <br /> 627.3.2.1 Method A,The mulching material shall be uniformly spread over the desig l <br /> nated areas to a loose depth of 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches. The specific rate of application,de-! • <br /> ! pending on the character of the material,shall be such that the resulting cover conforms . <br /> to the requirements specified under Subsection 627.3.1.The mulch material from corn-., <br /> pactcd bales shall be well loosened or made fluffy before being spread in place.
