To <br /> facilitate this construction, it is our intent to purchase <br /> fill material from the Marvin Thompson property, the Dwain <br /> and Donna Dickinson property, and from the State of <br /> Wisconsin property, to be used as roadway embankment . Thus, <br /> we are applying for a conditional use permit for these <br /> areas . <br /> The area from which we will be extracting material , owned by <br /> Marvin Thompson is approximately 8 acres. It is located in <br /> the Verona Township, T.6N.-R.8E. , Section No. 21 , the NO 1/1- <br /> of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4. This area is zoned as <br /> Al - Exclusive. <br /> The area from which we will be extracting material , owned by <br /> Dwain and Donna Dickinson is approximately 10 acres. It is <br /> located in the Verona Township, T.6N.-R. 8E. , Section No. 28, <br /> the N# 1/1. of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4. This area is zoned <br /> as A2 - Agriculture. <br /> The area from which we will be extracting material , owned by <br /> the State of Wisconsin is approximately 4 acres. These areas <br /> will returned to their existing uses and their existing <br /> drainage patterns. Looking at the topographical contour <br /> maps, the extent of excavation will be removal of the <br /> existing hills to match roadway elevations consistent with <br /> D.O.T. highway design. <br />
