approval. It is our understanding that having a Certified Survey <br /> prepared is not a prerequisite to having the zoning changed on the <br /> property. Once a buyer is found for the property, and that buyer <br /> determines a likely location of a single family residence, a full <br /> blown perc test will be performed. We hope to sell the land within <br /> the next three to six months and are currently trying to locate a <br /> buyer for the southern lot. The buyer of the property will <br /> determine when a single family residence will be built on the <br /> southern lot in the future. <br /> We feel that this land division is completely consistent with <br /> the character of the Town of Berry. It is apparent to anyone <br /> traveling through the Town of Berry that the Town has successfully <br /> concentrated single family residences in secluded areas which do <br /> not consume valuable farmland and which blend nicely with the <br /> surrounding topography. We feel that this proposed land division <br /> is completely consistent with this land use plan. We believe this <br /> proposed land division is good for the Town of Berry and good for <br /> Dane County. Accordingly, we would ask the Town Board to approve <br /> our rezoning request to rezone our land from A-1 exclusive to RH-2 <br /> so that one single family residence may be added to the charming <br /> community of the Town of Berry. <br /> -2- <br />
