The garage has not <br /> been constructed, although preparations for construction are underway. The requested change is <br /> to remove the limit of five vehicles allowed to be stored outside the garage. There was no <br /> indication of how many vehicles are desired. <br /> The reason for this condition is to limit the amount of vehicles which can accumulate at such a <br /> facility. If five vehicles is too limiting, there needs to be a mutually agreed upper limit, but not <br /> the total removal of the condition. With three acres of land, there is room for many vehicles. <br /> If there is some adjustment to the number of vehicles, there should be a requirement for a <br /> landscape plan to shield the vehicles from view. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
