That person is a Town Board member who <br /> appears to be intent on carrying out a personal vendetta against the property <br /> owner. <br /> There is no good reason for retaining the deed restriction. It restricts the ability of <br /> the property owner to engage in free enterprise and would unnecessarily restrict <br /> the owner's ability to conduct normal business operations. <br /> The facility would be capable of providing service to residents of the township and <br /> would therefore be an asset to the community. <br /> I am a property owner in the Town of Berry, hence my interest in this matter. <br /> .
