Haag Dear Ms. Schutte: You indicated that you planned to visit the Haags' property to determine the degree to which they are in compliance with the restrictions set forth in Zoning Amendments 3206 and 5395. As you know, the restrictions set forth in Amendment 3206 include a restriction of not more than 5 "vehicles for repair" and not more than 2 "vehicles for repair" outside of the building. The corresponding restriction found in Amendment 5395 does not reference vehicles "for repair," but simply applies to all tractors and vehicles. As I understand it, the only vehicle currently at the parcel subject to Amendment 5395 is a bobcat. The vehicles at the parcel subject to Amendment 3206 will most likely include vehicles which are not parked or stored for repair, but are the Haags' personal vehicles. Let me identify these personal vehicles for you so that there is no confusion when you visit the Haags' property. The Haags own three vehicles which they regularly use: 1. Brown 1977 Chevrolet pick-up with a cream colored roof; 2. Dark blue 1989 Chevrolet pick-up; 3. White 1976 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
