The Bobby Nell parcel is no longer located in agricultural <br /> preservation district and is now situated in an unsewered residential district <br /> according to the Town of Westport's Land Use Plan. <br /> Thus, we are now reactivating the processing of the Bobby Nell/Petr <br /> Kolarsky Zoning Petition No. 6057 which has been held in abeyance pending the <br /> amendment of the Town's Land Use Plan. We kindly request the Zoning <br /> Administrator to place Zoning Petition No. 6057 on the Zoning Committee <br /> agenda for the Zoning Committee meeting on October 10, 1995. <br /> To refresh your recollection, following is a brief summary of the status of <br /> Zoning Petition No. 6057 in bullet format: <br /> • Zoning Petition No. 6057 originally sought rezoning to R-1 to permit <br /> a nine (9) lot unsewered residential subdivision. <br /> • A public hearing before the Dane County Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources Committee was held on September 13, 1994 on Zoning <br /> Petition No. 6057. <br />
