• <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-21 <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN OF WESTPORT BOARD <br /> OF SUPERVISORS CONDITIONALLY APPROVING THE CERTIFIED <br /> SURVEY MAP FOR THE PETR KOLARSKY DEVELOPMENT/BOBBY NELL <br /> LAND DIVISION WITHIN THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, <br /> DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN <br /> WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map (CSM) identifying land which Petr Kolarsky <br /> desires to purchase and develop, as prepared by Williamson Surveying Company, was <br /> submitted to the Town of Westport Board of Supervisors (the Board) for review and <br /> action, which CSM is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and was received by the Town Clerk <br /> on April 19, 1995, and the statutory 90-day review period will expire on June 23, 1995, <br /> by agreement of the Dividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the CSM was referred to the Town Plan Commission for its review <br /> and its recommendation to the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Board have reviewed the CSM, and have <br /> met with their legal counsel, with the representatives of the owner of the property, Bobby <br /> Nell, and the buyer of the property, Petr Kolarsky, with respect to Petr Kolarsky's <br /> proposed development of the CSM property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission determined that the CSM will only be consistent <br /> with the Town of Westport's Land Use Plan if certain conditions as set forth in its written <br /> Recommendation from its May 15, 1995 meeting are met; <br /> H:\WIP\8006\44\CSMRES.TOW <br /> 0613950829 <br />
