( l <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95- lip S <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> OF THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN, <br /> TO AMEND A PARTICULAR LAND USE DISTRICT <br /> OF THE TOWN'S LAND USE PLAN <br /> REGARDING PROPERTY OWNED BY BOBBY NELL <br /> WITHIN THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN. <br /> WHEREAS, Bobby Nell is the owner of certain property located within the Town <br /> of Westport, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described at Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Nell, through his agents, has applied to the Town for an <br /> amendment of the Land Use District for that property within the Town Land Use Plan; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has previously approved zoning changes and a certified <br /> survey map with specific conditions and restrictions regarding the property, which are in <br /> accordance with the requested district change; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board has considered the recommendation of the Town Plan <br /> Commission and has determined that Mr. Nell's request is reasonable based on previous <br /> approvals granted by this Board regarding the property; and <br /> H:\W I P\8006\44\LDUS RES.TG W <br /> 0721950910 <br />
