WHEREAS, the requested amendment is consistent with the use of property <br /> surrounding this property; and <br /> WHEREAS, after the Land Use District is amended by the Town Board, such <br /> district change will need to be approved by the County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Westport, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, hereby resolves as follows: <br /> 1. The Land Use District under the Town Land Use Plan for the property <br /> described at Exhibit A and owned by the Bobby Nell shall be redesignated as an <br /> Unsewered Residential District as opposed to, and revised from, an Agriculture <br /> Preservation District, under the Town's Land Use Plan. <br /> 2. This Resolution shall be appended to the Town Land Use Plan. <br /> 3. Mr. Nell or his agents shall be allowed to present a copy of this Resolution <br /> to Dane County for its approval. <br /> 4. The amendment of the Land Use District in the Town's Land Use Plan by <br /> this Resolution does not entitle the Mr. Nell or his heirs or assigns to development of the <br /> described parcel in such a way that is inconsistent with the prior-approved certified survey <br /> map, zoning changes and any agreements that have been drafted and agreed upon for this <br /> property. <br /> H:\WIP\8006\44\LDUS RES.TG W <br /> 0721950910 <br />
