7/12194 Norbert Scribner of Land Division Review at Dane County Land Regulation & Records
sent correspondence to Realtor, Jerry Theilbar stating that "this particular parcel of land
was divided with the creation of the U.S. Highway 51 right-of-way. Accordi a
certified survey map approval, together with an appropriate change in zoning classification,
will be required in order to utilize the subject property as a valid buildling site."
9/19/94 At the first Town Board Meeting(re-scheduled from 9/12) my Realtor, Jerry Theilbar was
advised that I would be refused sewer and water because there are cattails all over it and I
have no right to be on the sewer system or to access the municipal water and the property
should not be divided. The Town would not allow the re-zoning because they are opposed
to progress and development of the Town of Dunn and this re-zoning would constitute
progress.
The Town of Dunn is refusing to accept my proposal, delaying this matter intentionally, to
prevent the Buyer from building his house and therefore preventing the sale of my
property, preventing the Realtor from obtaining a Buyer for this property and earning his
commission, therefore violating our constitutional rights.
10/4/94 The persons at the meeting were asked to speak up so they could be heard on the tape. No
permission was requested or granted for the taping of this meeting. The Town of Dunn
stated they need time to study the issue and that they will not allow r new houses or new
development and that I am not in the sewer district and they will refuse to allow access.
One year ago, my former attorney, Richard Lehmann stated the "Town of Dunn will
refuse and deny any and all requests or petitions relating to my property that I would ever
make no matter how many required fees I had paid, even if I had paid up to $2,000."
Lucy Miller-Greene Date
Jerry Theilbar, Realtor Date
