Regular monitoring of blasting operations at this <br /> . location, by department personnel , will therefore be discontinued. <br /> Although regular department monitoring will be discontinued the <br /> litz's must be given 24 hour advance notice of blasting activities <br /> the Ziegler ucarry, and a half hour notice prior to the actual <br /> shot.
