RESouti 3 <br /> TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> L- <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITIONS J (0 1 0 PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of WES rPoR,r' <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said <br /> petition is hereby (Approved ). <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> Resolution 93-23 <br /> (Zoning Petition 5698 - A-lEx to C-2 & CUP 1085 - residence for <br /> owner/caretaker , Herbrand , Om-ken Road) was adopted with the <br /> following conditions on a motion by Mr . Grosskopf , second Mr . Van <br /> Pinter.
