Resolution 93-23 <br /> (Zoning Petition 5698 - A-lEx to C-2 Er CUP 1085 - residence for, <br /> owner/caretaker , Nerbrand , Oncken Road) was adopted with the <br /> following conditions on a motion by Mr . Grosskopf , second Mr . Van <br /> Pinter . The conditions are to include (1) delayed effective date <br /> subject to the installation of screening by the appropriate use of <br /> trees , shrubs and/or fencing with the plan subject to approval by <br /> the Town Board , (2) screening is to be satisfactorily maintained , <br /> (3) deed restricted to allow only the current operation and <br /> maintenance of the existing trucking business , (4) deed restricted <br /> to allow no outside storage , (5) delayed effective date subject to <br /> the execution of an agreement with the Town to file an application <br /> to rezone the property to a single family residential use when the <br /> current operation ceases or the property is sold. <br />
