A Driveway Permit from the Town of Westport to obtain access to River <br /> Road for Proposed Lot #2. <br /> B). A sewer easement and right to connect to the private interceptor system <br /> through proposed Lot #1 with cost to be paid by Proposed Lot #2. <br /> C). The R-4 zoned lands (Proposed Lot #1 ) are restricted to a maximum number <br /> of (4) four units. <br />
