7. Binding Effect: The restrictions set forth herein shall constitute covenants running <br /> with the land and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any interest in the above described <br /> property, their successors, heirs and assigns, unless amended or terminated pursuant to paragraphs <br /> 5 or 6 of this instrument. <br /> 8.
