This residential use is an existing mobile home in an outdoor storage area along <br /> Highway 14 in the Town of Middleton. <br /> Some residential uses are approved on a conditional basis, if there is need for 24-hour security <br /> on the site. <br /> We note that the Town of Middleton has a mobile home ordinance which limits mobile homes <br /> to mobile home parks. The town has taken action to reject this application based on their <br /> ordinance. <br />
