Your ordinance S10.255(2) (c) asks <br /> that following of town boards when they review your conditional <br /> use cases: <br /> Findings and recommendations should be stated in terms <br /> of the standards set for them in sec. 10. 255 (2) (h) , as well <br /> as relevant policies contained in the town land use plan. <br /> The recommendations and findings of the town will be adviso- <br /> ry to this committee. <br /> The positions stated by Mr. LaFond are not based upon a town <br /> land use plan. The town has no land use plan. <br /> The positions stated by Mr. LaFond are not relevant to any <br /> of the standards found in Dane County Ordinance S10.255(2) (h) . <br /> The town board's objection to the conditional use permit is <br /> solely on the basis that the residence is a mobile home. <br /> Our comments on the mobile home issue are these: <br /> 1. The county ordinance allows a mobile home for this use. <br />
