COUNTY OF DANE <br /> CORRESPONDENCE MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: August 25, 1993 <br /> TO: Roxbury Town Board <br /> FROM: Bill Fleck, <br /> Zoning Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit #1097, Reible, mineral extraction <br /> Your action on the application was a recommendation to deny but you <br /> did not specify the reasons for said denial. The mineral <br /> extraction had to be resolved one way or another so the committee <br /> asked Reible how long he wished to operate the mineral extraction. <br /> Mr. Reible replied that he did not want to operate a mineral <br /> extraction site he just wanted to clean up the junk and <br /> his farm which required digging garbage on <br /> it up to gging out the farm dump area and cleaning <br /> P get rid of the rats. Therefore the zoning committee in <br /> order to allow the clean-up and to terminate the mineral extraction <br /> granted the permit for a period of 60 days in which the site has to <br /> be cleaned up and reclaimed as specified by the ordinance.
