All proceeds from these events are given to <br /> the nonprofit organizations for which the <br /> event is being sponsored. <br /> We would like a conditional use permit so that we <br /> can hold events that will benefit the community in <br /> which we live. We would estimate, based on the <br /> effort that it takes to hold such events, that our <br /> club would hold no more than three events during <br /> any one season. At the event, as shown in the <br /> attached plot map, we could: <br /> 1. Limit parking for tailgates to be fifty to <br /> keep all parking within the confines of the <br /> polo field. <br /> 2 . The adequate number of portapotties would be <br /> rented for the event. <br /> 3 . The Dane County Sheriff would be notified of <br /> the event. <br /> 4 . The emergency service would be notified of <br /> the event to handle any emergencies that <br /> might occur. <br /> 5. All neighbors would be informed of the event. <br /> 6. We will abide by all town, county and state <br /> regulations in obtaining necessary permits, <br /> etc. <br /> V. Site Plan <br /> A site plan of the property is enclosed for reference. <br /> VI. Insurance <br /> A copy of the clubs insurance is attached for reference. <br /> Please note that club members are required to be members of <br /> the United State Polo Association (USPA) . As such, our <br /> members automatically get liability insurance in their <br /> membership. Each member receives coverage of: <br /> A. $1, 000, 000 Personal Excess Liability for all members <br /> for any horse-related accident (over other valid and <br /> collectible insurance) . <br /> B. $20, 000 Accidental Death, Dismemberment and Permanent <br /> Disability for any horse-related accident. <br /> C. $30, 000 Accidental Death, Dismemberment and Permanent <br /> Disability while at any USPA sanctioned match or <br /> sponsored or circuit tournament. <br />
