STORM WATER DRAINAGE. <br /> =The final construction/reclamation plan presented to the <br /> Town and County for approval should show a storm drainage <br /> plan which does not send any water to the west. All storm <br /> water should be retained and then drained to the east <br /> towards CTH PD and Hwy 151. <br /> =No water should be added to present Midland/Weiland/Maple <br /> Grove Road drainage pattern. <br /> 6. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ON CTH "PD". <br /> =Wingra Stone will retain a recognized traffic engineering <br /> firm to recommend procedures and signage necessary to <br /> protect other traffic using CTH PD from the many slow <br /> moving, heavily loaded, commercial equipment constantly <br /> entering and exiting the site. <br /> =The present entrance to the gravel pit has sight distance <br /> problems for vehicles approaching at speed from the west <br /> going towards Verona Road. <br /> =Protection may include flashing signage and speed limit <br /> reduction as traffic approaches the top of the hill. <br /> = All agreements shall be placed in writing and become a part of the <br /> terms and conditions of the conditional use permit. <br /> = All legal documents shall be prepared by legal counsel hired by <br /> Wingra Stone and reviewed by an attorney hired by the Town. Wingra <br /> shall be required to reimburse the Town for all legal expenses <br /> incurred by it in connection with the creation, implementation and <br /> possible enforcement of this conditional use permit. <br /> = There must be a rapid procedure to revoke the conditional use <br /> permit and require immediate reclamation of the mined site in the <br /> event of repeated violations of the agreement terms. <br />
