Spray Bars shall be used on all crushing machinery. <br /> Wisconsin DNR permits are granted with the introduction of water to the <br /> material being crushed at one point in the line of crushing equipment. <br /> Therefore there are not spray bars on all crushing machinery. <br /> Also Wisconsin DNR permits state "Use of water or other dust suppressants <br /> which are subject to freezing shall not be required when the ambient <br /> temperature is at or near freezing." <br /> I ask that your committee consider the adjustment of Condition 4 to <br /> conform with standard practice in the State of Wisconsin in regard to dust <br /> suppression. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> WINGRA STONE COMPANY <br /> Robert F.
