Box 44284, Madison, Wisconsin 53477-4284 as agent <br /> for Wingra Stone Profit Sharing Plan requests a conditional use permit for <br /> Mineral Extraction for government use on the property located in SE+ of the NEI <br /> of Section 12, T6N - R8E, Verona Township, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> This request is to obtain aggregate for use in the reconstruction of Hwy 18-151 <br /> and the new Verona Bypass. We request the permit continue through the completion <br /> of those projects. <br /> This quarry site, if allowed to operate for continued governmental use after <br /> the 18-151 and Verona Bypass projects, could be of continued value to this area, <br /> which is developing substantially and will continue to have needed streets and <br /> roads constructed. <br /> The area adjoins Wingra Stone's present non-conforming use quarry in Section 7, <br /> T6N - R9E, City of Fitchburg, Dane County, Wisconsin. Entry and exit from <br /> this quarry extension would be thru Wingra's present quarry. <br /> Topsoil and overburden stripped would be piled in Wingra's present quarry until <br /> used for restoration of the site.
