As we have advised the Town, we believe that <br /> pursuant to section 11 U.S.C. section 323 (a) , the trustee in <br /> bankruptcy, Mr. Kepler, is the sole representative of the debtor, <br /> Lake Windsor Properties Limited Partnership, an Illinois limited <br /> partnership, including the Lake Windsor Country Club golf course <br /> property. Based upon that, we do not believe that Mr. Andrews has <br /> the legal standing to request a review of the master plan on behalf <br /> of the limited partnership and object to the Town considering such <br /> a request based upon Mr. Andrews ' request on behalf of the limited <br /> partnership. <br /> It is our understanding that the Town is considering whether <br /> it will schedule a Plan Commission meeting to consider the master <br /> plan issue . It is our understanding that if such a meeting is <br /> held, it will only be held after November 1, 1993 .
