Theis : <br /> As each of you are aware, Lake Windsor Properties Limited <br /> Partnership, the owner of the Lake Windsor Country Club, is now in <br /> a chapter 7 bankruptcy in the Western District of Wisconsin, Case <br /> No. 93-32782-7, with Attorney Michael E. Kepler being the trustee. <br /> Enclosed to Dane County is the original of the trustee ' s <br /> request for withdrawal of the above-referenced zoning petition and <br /> request that Dane County and the Town of Windsor place the zoning <br /> petition on file without prejudice. A copy of that request is <br /> herewith enclosed to the Town of Windsor. <br /> it is our understanding that both the County and the Town have <br /> previously withdrawn the zoning petition based upon the request of <br /> Jerry Andrews on behalf of the limited partnership, which request <br /> was made after the conversion of the limited partnership' s chapter <br /> 11 bankruptcy to a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Based upon the request <br /> of the trustee in bankruptcy for the same action, we do not have <br /> any objection on the part of the County or the Town having <br /> withdrawn the zoning petition from public consideration. <br />
