This proposed residential development conflicts with the adopted plan map for the Windsor <br /> Urban Service Area. The plan is for this area to continue as part of the golf course. <br /> The Town of Windsor has recently adopted a revised plan for this town. The new plan also shows these <br /> areas as outdoor recreation or golf course. <br /> To rezone such areas for residential use would allow significant additional development in areas not <br /> planned for urban development. <br /> The town should be allowed time to evaluate the impacts of the proposal and consider an amendment to <br /> their plan prior to any action on the zoning petition. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
