In general, the Department has <br /> serious concerns about residential land use next to our major highways. In fact, we were very <br /> pleased when Dane County addressed this issue by modifying your ordinance to reflect the noise <br /> issue. <br /> We wish to ask that you apply the appropriate ordinance in the decision making process for this <br /> application.
