` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5757 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to <br /> include in the RH-4, RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 , SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section <br /> 17, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/ of said Section 17; thence North along the East line of said as <br /> Section 1186. 00 feet ±; thence Westerly 500. 00 feet ±; thence <br /> Northerly 280. 00 feet ±; thence Easterly 130. 00 feet ±; thence <br /> Northeasterly 200. 00 feet ± to the centerline of Barlow Road; <br /> thence Southeasterly 750. 00 feet ± thence Southerly 200. 00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3 : Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 of said Section 17; thence North along the East line of said 44 <br /> Section 66. 00 ± to the point of beginning; thence Westerly 343 . 00 <br /> feet ± to the centerline of Barlow Road; thence Southerly along the <br /> East line Of said 44 Section 1120. 00 feet ± to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO RH-4 : Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 of said Section 17 ; tghence North along the East line of said <br /> ;4 Section 1320. 00 feet ±; thence Northwesterly along the <br /> centerline of Barlow Road 750. 00 feet ± to the point of beginning; <br /> thence Southerly 200. 00 feet ±; thence Westerly 730. 00 feet ±; <br /> thence Northeasterly 270. 00 feet ±; thence Northerly 270. 00 feet ±; <br /> thence Northeasterly along the woods edge, 1350. 00 feet ±; thence <br /> Easterly 320. 00 feet ±; thence 442 . 89 feet to the centerline of <br /> Barlow Road; thence Southerly along Barlow Road to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
