. .0A #5757 PAGE 2 of 2 <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. Construction of buildings in the tillable area of the <br /> proposed RH-4 parcel is prohibited. <br /> B. Division of the RH-4 parcel for the purpose of <br /> accommodation of another residence is prohibited for a <br /> period of 20 years from the effective date of this <br /> rezone. <br /> C. Easements across the proposed RH-1 and RH-3 parcels shall <br /> be provided to allow access to the cropland located to <br /> the West of these properties. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
