• <br /> b. Dog houses not exceeding 3 feet wide by 4 feet deep by 3 <br /> feet high and attached to the principal structure or the <br /> out-building wi l l be allowed. Y26229P 2 <br /> c. Parking of service vehicles, including, but not limited <br /> to trucks, semi-trailers and trailers owned or operated <br /> by residents of homes, on the Lots Is prohibited unless <br /> such vehicles are stored In garages. Also, parking IS <br /> prohibited for such vehicles on adjacent public roads. <br /> Storage of boats, travel trailers, mobile homes, campers <br /> and other recreational vehicles are prohibited unless <br /> stored inside garages. This shall not prohibit the <br /> temporary storage of such vehicles for the purpose of <br /> loading and unloading. Any other motor vehicles owned or <br /> operated by residents of the homes shall also be stored <br /> inside garages, except that residents may park In <br /> driveways such other motor vehicles which are In regular , <br /> daily use. For this purpose, any other motor vehicle <br /> shall be considered in regular , daily use If a resident <br /> uses the motor vehicle for travel to and from the <br /> resident 's Lot at least once every 72 hours. <br /> d. No building previously erected elsewhere shall be moved <br /> upon any Lot, except new prefabricated conntructlon which <br /> has been approved In writing by SBP . <br /> e. No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be <br /> carried on nor shall anything be done which may be or <br /> will become a nuisance to the neighborhood. Nuisances <br /> such as loud or unreasonable noise shall not be permitted <br /> to exist upon any Lot as to be detrimental to any other <br /> Lot or Its occupants. <br /> f . Exterior lighting installed on any Lot shall either be <br /> Indirect or of such controlled focus and Intensity that <br /> such lighting will not disturb the residents of adjacent <br /> Lots. <br /> g. Presently the Individual Lots are not fenced. Therefore <br /> any fence that is erected shall be done at the expense of <br /> the owner who benefits by the fencing or who needs to do <br /> the fencing to restrict the movement of their own <br /> horses. <br /> h . No wind-powered electric generators, exterior television <br /> or radio receiving or transmission antenna or satellite <br /> { signal receiving station or dish shall be pieced or <br /> maintained upon any portion of a Lot or building without <br /> prior written approval of SBP . <br /> j . No active solar collector or apparatus may be Installed <br /> on any Lot unless such installation is first approved In <br /> writing by SBP, who shall consider the aesthetic and sun <br /> reflection effects on neighboring structures.
