This duplex existed <br /> 10 prior to farmland preservation A-1 Exclusive, and in <br /> 11 order to provide compliance for it for mortgage <br /> 12 purposes or whatever they needed to rezone it to an <br /> 13 appropriate district. This is not a new use, it is not <br /> 14 a new lot. <br /> 15 The third one he mentioned was 4495, and that <br /> 16 rezone is shown right here. (Indicating) This was a <br /> 17 change of zoning from the R-1 A-Exclusive zoning to the <br /> 18 R-1A. The explicit purpose for this rezone, and I'll <br /> 19 read right from the intent and purpose statement in the <br /> 20 application is, "To construct a second residence on the <br /> 21 farm. I am fully employed on the farm, part owner of <br /> 22 the farm operations. The mortgage company, WHEDA, has <br /> 23 requested a certified survey for this parcel in order <br /> 24 to obtain a mortgage."
