Survey map number for this property is#5235. <br /> This is a request to move the locatioi of the driveway from the location on permit <br /> N099c-D2, which was a field entrant* prior to the permit issued for the driveway. <br /> I request that this driveway be moved 480 feet East of the field entrance to the <br /> edge of the property. This will be 15 feet from the East property line. The existing <br /> field entrance will be removed, which will help drainage in the area by lowering <br /> the ditch line obstructions on right away of road. <br /> The recommendation from the Core of Engineers was to move the driveway to <br /> this new location and stay out of the wet land area off of the field. By staying <br /> within 100 feet off the East property line there would no permits needed for wet <br /> land disturbance and drainage would be enhanced. <br /> Recommended by Bill Sandy, Core of Engineers <br /> Phone: 547-1876 <br />
