Our right of way runs parallel with USH 151, roughly 60 feet additional to the <br /> right of way of USH 151. The proposed sign site appears to be located outside the right of way of McCoy Road.The sign <br /> criteria appears to be met for an on-premise signage. <br /> I've added an attachment that describes the requirements that need to be met to be considered an on-premise sign. She instructed us that <br /> we make contact with you to get written approval that verifies this sign will be ok since it is located on the frontage road <br /> of US-151. I have attached an overview of the sign placement on the property and the specs of the sign itself.
