5. The plan includes a phased construction schedule as follows: <br /> Disturbed areas associated with driveway: <br /> Construction of the driveway is scheduled to begin on April 1, 2016. <br /> The driveway sideslopes will be seeded and mulched, as noted in the plan, by <br /> April 15, 2016. <br /> Disturbed areas associated with house: <br /> Construction of the house is scheduled to begin on April 5, 2016. <br /> All disturbed areas will be permanently restored, as noted in the plan, by August <br /> 1, 2016. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Water Resource Engineering.This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the <br /> plan (August 1, 2016) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only.This review is for <br /> the erosion control requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County Code of Ordinances only and <br /> other approvals may be necessary. A permit card must be obtained from Water Resource <br /> Engineering and displayed onsite prior to disturbing ground. <br />
