(EHD) <br /> PETITION 5801 The private sewage system must remain on the <br /> same parcel as the dwelling it serves. <br /> CO. HIGHWAY DEPT. <br /> Petition 5801. CTH "KP" is not a controlled access highway, <br /> however the two RH-3 parcels fronting Far View Road should <br /> access that town road and at least 200 feet from the "KP" <br /> intersection. The RH-2 parcel should access Breezeway Drive. <br /> The remaining RH-3 parcel should access "KP" preferably near <br /> its southerly boundary. If this is not possible, then its <br /> access should lie at least 200 feet north of the intersection. <br /> Changes to existing driveways or requests for new access along <br /> "KP" require the approval of our area supervisor. <br /> 4a, <br />
