It was No. 5801 <br /> on your agenda at the December 28, 1993 meeting in Rm. 201. <br /> Ihave owned this land for fourteen years, paid the taxes every year <br /> on time. I always let the neighbors hunt, the Snow mobilers go <br /> through my land; and in one severe winter when the two neighbors <br /> who are opposing this rezoning could not get a plow through Breeze- <br /> way Drive, I gladly allowed them to re-route through my field. <br /> I met with the local town board. They walked over the land; they O.K. 'd <br /> Parcel 2 with the condition I would not build on any work land, and <br /> Parcel 1 unconditionally. They O.K. 'd Parcel 3 and 4 on the condition <br /> that I would get the driveways O.K. 'd by the HWy Dept. , which I have <br /> done. <br /> It is very difficult to meet the Town of Berry conditions to Re-zone. <br /> I believe I have met them completely. <br /> T have made these parcels large enough so the wildlife will be dis- <br /> turbed very little. The owners will have a place to ride a horse <br /> or go for a walk on their own land. The land will look much like it <br /> does today after the house is built. <br /> Several other neighbors were at the town meeting, and showed complete <br /> approval of my re-zoning. <br /> I hope you will consider these matters in your recommendation.
