This proposed residential rezoning is in an agricultural preservation area of the Town <br /> of Blue Mounds. While the shapes of the parcels are unusual, they appear to be consistent with <br /> adopted plans. The parcel in the middle of the area for rezoning existed prior to plan adoption. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT. (EHD) <br /> CO. HIGHWAY DEPT. <br /> Petition 5808. CTH "E" is not a controlled access highway, but <br /> this shouldn ' t be an issue anyway. Driveways will obviously <br /> lead to the town road. <br /> OTHER <br />
