DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5808 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to <br /> include in the RI-1-3 and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #5808 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21 and 22 , Town <br /> of Blue Mounds described as follows: TO RH-2 : Beginning at the <br /> most Westerly corner of CSM #1266 in the center of Brattlie Road; <br /> thence N 47° 43 ' 20" East 500 feet; thence N 45° West 210 feet; <br /> thence S 40° West 160 feet; thence N 65° West 450 feet; thence N <br /> 50° West 190 feet; thence N 55° West 200 feet; thence N 60° West <br /> 120 feet; thence S 30° West 60 feet; thence Southeasterly along the <br /> center of Brattlie Road 1100 feet to the point of beginning. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
