REASON FOR REZONE OF AREA LABELLED "ZONING A". <br /> The area labelled "ZONING A" is currently zoned R-2. The land in this area is <br /> currently used as crop land. I feel this is the best use of the land in this area and do not <br /> want to see the area developed for residential use either now or in the future. Therefore, <br /> I am proposing the area be rezoned to Al exclusive. <br /> REASON FOR REZONE OF AREA LABELLED "ZONING B". <br /> The area labelled "ZONING B" west of the quarter section line is currently zoned <br /> R-2. We are planning on selling off two lots in the westernmost portion of this area <br /> within the next five years for debt retirement purposes. The remaining area will remain <br /> as crop land. The area east of the quarter section line is currently zoned Al exclusive. <br /> A portion of this land is wooded an not useable as crop land. Therefore, we are <br /> requesting this area be rezoned to R-2. <br /> REASON FOR REZONE OF AREA LABELLED "ZONING C". <br /> The area labelled "ZONING C" is currently zoned Al exclusive. This land is <br /> currently not tilled and is used as set aside land due to the nature of the soil and the <br /> contour of the land. My husband and I are planning to build a house on the newly <br /> created parcel within the next five years. For mortgage purposes and our future in mind, <br /> we are proposing the area be rezoned to RH-2. <br /> REASON FOR REZONE OF AREA LABELLED "ZONING D". <br /> The area labelled "ZONING D" is currently zoned Al exclusive. The area has a <br /> house, a garage, a pig barn, and two tobacco sheds on it. The farm as it stands also <br /> has a 3.9 acre tobacco base. We want to separate the farm buildings along with the <br /> tobacco base and the area labelled "ZONING E" from the remainder of the farm and sell <br /> the newly created parcel while maintaining ownership of the remaining farm acreage. <br /> We want the area labelled "ZONING E" to be associated with this area in order to <br /> prevent future development (IE. the area labelled "ZONING E" can not be sold as a <br /> separate parcel from the area labelled "ZONING D").` •� 2 f,2_ <br /> REASON FOR REZONE OF AREA LABELLED "ZONING E". <br /> The area labelled "ZONING E" is currently zoned Al exclusive. This area is <br /> currently used as crop land and do not want to see it developed in the future.
