Township of Dunkirk
DANE COUNTY
STOUGHTON, WISCONSIN
December 15, 1993 DEC 16 1993
Mr. Bill Fleck - ;,3
Dane County Land Regulation& Records t gas_ 1V.
Zoning Division
Room 116, City-County Building
Madison, WI 53709-0001
Dear Bill,
At the Town Board meeting of the Town of Dunkirk last night, 14 December 1993, the Board
reconsidered Sub. No. 1 to Ordinance amendment #9. The Board unanimously approved it and
encouraged the Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee and the Board of
Supervisors to pass it also.
Please consider this official approval of the Town of Dunkirk.
Also enclosed please find completed Town Board Action Reports for Petitions 5805 and 5819
and C.U.P. 1106 (which accompanies Petition 5805). The Town Board approved all with the
conditions listed.
As to Petition 5814, the Planning Commission of the Town of Dunkirk on 30 November 1993
voted to table the action pending clarification of the Dane County Zoning ordinances and further
review by the commission at the next meeting. My understanding from Tim Klongland, Chairman
of our Planning Commission, is that the Johnsons were told to request a delay from your office
for consideration awaiting action by the Town Planning Commission and Town Board.
A further note, also at the 14 December Town Board meeting, the Board approved the extension
to 30 days for disapproval of rezoning applications. Thanks for your letter advising of this
apparent oversight years ago. I have this date sent a letter to Carol Nelson, County Clerk,
advising her of the Boards action.
Sincerely,
DONALD L. HEILIGER, Clerk
Town of Dunkirk
CHAIRMAN-WILLIAM D.OLSON TREASURER-BONNIE K.SMITHBACK
SUPERVISOR I-ERIC J.QUAM ASSESSOR-DONALD HEGGESTAD
SUPERVISOR II-JERRY J.SELLERS CONSTABLE-EDGAR ALME
CLERK-DONALD L.HEILIGER
