Schultz, 601 Washington Street, <br /> Edgerton, WI <br /> Location of Property: NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 34, <br /> Township of Albion, adjacent to U.S. Highway 51 <br /> Tax Parcel No. : 0512-344-8530-3 <br /> Legal Description: 1,020 feet of frontage on U.S. Highway <br /> 51, depth of parcel 463. 16 feet, equals 10.85 total acres, <br /> approximate total 472,423.2 square feet <br /> Present District: A-1, Exclusive Agricultural <br /> Proposed Zoning: C-2, Commercial <br /> The applicant has done substantial renovation to the above former <br /> veterinary commercial farm location and uses the buildings for <br /> the storage of contractors ' equipment, and one building as an <br /> automobile paint shop. <br /> Enclosed is a 1" = 400 ' scaled drawing of the proposed rezoning <br /> area, which includes the square footage of the area for rezone. <br /> Attached hereto is a filing fee of $100.00 payable to the Dane <br /> County Land Regulations and Records. <br /> The reason for rezoning is that for a number of years the <br /> buildings have been used by Jeffrey Schultz as the headquarters <br /> for his business and place of storage for his contractors' <br /> equipment. All equipment is kept in buildings. Josh Simmons <br /> operates an automobile repair and paint shop in one of the <br /> buildings. The Dane County Zoning Inspector is requiring a <br /> rezone to C-2 to accommodate both uses. Both uses have been in <br /> existence for more than five (5) years. <br />
