Schultz - Amendment to Application for Zoning Change <br /> Dear Administrator: <br /> Pursuant to our meeting on Tuesday, November 16, 1993, enclosed you will <br /> please find as a supplement to the Application for Zoning Change for Jeffrey <br /> L. Schultz a copy of the Town of Albion soils map showing that the soils on <br /> the Jeffrey L. Schultz property seeking to be rezoned are DsB (Dresden Silt <br /> Loam) 2 to 6 percent slopes, all part of DsC2 (Dresden Silt Loam) 6 to 12 <br /> percent slopes, and KeB (Kegonsa Silt Loam) 2 to 6 percent slopes. The area <br /> in which the present buildings are located are in DsB soils. <br /> The metes and bounds description for the parcel seeking to be rezoned is as <br /> follows: <br /> Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Town <br /> 5 North, Range 12 East, Town of Albion, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> lying West of the center line of U.S. Trunk Highway 51, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Northwest <br /> 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence West along the center line of said <br /> section, 463.16 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel to the <br /> North and South center line of said section a distance of 1,321.4 <br /> feet to the East and West quarter line of said section; thence East <br /> 90° along the East and west quarter line of said section a distance <br /> of 199.16 feet to a point; thence Southerly a distance of 74 feet; <br /> thence East 90° a distance of 264 feet to the center line of said <br /> section; thence Southerly along the North and South center line of <br /> said section to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom the <br /> right-of-way of State Trunk Highway 51. Said parcel containing <br /> approximately 12.5 acres, more or less. <br /> I am enclosing a new map, as a title check reveals that Mr. Schultz owns that <br /> other small parcel contiguous to the bowling alley.
