5 85e' <br /> RE — ZONE A P P L 2 C A T 2 O N <br /> The following re-zoning application is primarily being <br /> requested due to the court ruling earlier this year where all <br /> A-2 (4) zoning was reverted back to A-1 Exclusive. <br /> I am requested three zoning changes with this application: <br /> 1 . Shift the R-3A zoned area to the north as defined on the <br /> survey. This shift in the R-3A zoned area will cause a <br /> previously defined A-1 Exclusive area to be zoned R-3A and a <br /> previously defined R-3A area to be zoned A-2 . <br /> 2 . Zone the small area around the out-building as B-1 . A full <br /> description of the reason for this zoning is included below. <br /> 3. T 9. ?V9P rtY <br /> REGARDING A-2 <br /> I would like to continue the use of the property as a horse <br /> boarding stable which requires the property to be zoned back <br /> to A-2. I purchased the property July 1992 as a horse stable <br /> and have continued its use since the purchase. The former <br /> owner, Janice Andrea, used the property as a horse boarding <br /> stable for eight years before I purchased the stable. Before <br /> Janice owned the property it was used as a boarding facility <br /> for steer for many years prior according to Janice . <br /> REGARDING B-1 <br /> Normal operations for any quality horse stable includes the <br /> selling of horse tack. This selling of horse tack would be <br /> the use of the small B-1 zoned area. <br /> Please note that the county did not site any violation for <br /> this type of business although I want to make sure that the <br /> entire property and the small stable business run on the <br /> property are in full compliance . <br /> I purchased the property July 1992 as a horse stable and have <br /> continued its use since the purchase . The former owner, <br /> Janice Andrea, used the property as a horse boarding stable <br /> for eight years before I purchased the stable . <br /> REGARDING R-3A <br /> The house on the property is a upper/lower duplex. The house <br /> was converted into a duplex 23 years ago according to the <br /> former owner as she applied for the original R3-A zoning. <br /> The original dairy barn and homestead house are 97 feet apart. <br />
