The zoning for R3-A requires 100 feet with a 10 foot side <br /> yard. I have already invested every penny I had <br /> and every penny I could borrow to make the stable the best <br /> possible . The Safe- <br /> Fence is the 2" wide white strand electric fence in the six <br /> large turn-out areas which is three strands wide. This <br /> fencing is all new within the last year. <br /> We are also very proud to say no horse or horse owner has ever <br /> been hurt in any way on the stable since I bought the <br /> property. We are also proud of the fact that no horse has <br /> ever broken loose through any fencing or out of the stalls. <br /> We are truly trying to make the stable a beautiful asset to <br /> the township, county, and the state . <br /> Regarding the B-1 zone, selling tack is considered normal <br /> business for quality horse stables.
