December 29, 1993
Dane County Planning & Zoning
Request For Zoning Change
Town Of Burke
February 8, 1994 Hearing
In reference to the attached property survey...known as lots 1 and 2
CSM #4879...it is my desire to change the zoning from B1 to C2. In
addition to the rezoning, I request to have said property recorded as
one lot. With proper zoning, this property would be very suitable for
mini warehouse storage. It currently houses the Old Roadhouse Bar,
which under my plan, would eventually be removed, as would the
septic mound...(the storage units would not require water or sewer).
With the dense residential growth that the Token Creek area has
experienced, I see the need and desire for storage space. I fully intend
to operate this in an orderly fashion...with professionally constructed
storage units. Ultimately this would not only serve the area well, but
would be a tremendous visual improvement to this property as well.
Thank you for your consideration of my request. I truly hope that
you find it fit for your approval.
Sincerely,
'czaVkk‘A g• „14 01),
Thomas H. Schultz
